Long-term work accounts for longer working lives Dortmund, 30.04.2013: the demography network e.V. (ddn) prompts companies to the labour day on 1 may better exploit potential of elder. Instead of sending older with early retirement incentives, companies must develop staff policy measures to secure the employability of older people and to improve. The work world is changing, and older workers are becoming increasingly important for companies. Since 2005, the number of employed persons in the age group has risen 55 to 64 years to nearly 1.8 million. “The second progress report arrives at this conclusion age world of work” of the fact by January 2013 good progress which show that already many companies have recognized the acquisition potential of older workers are.
